Travel Information
From O'Hare Airport
- Our hotel block is a 20 minute drive west of O'Hare airport. We recommend taking a cab or Uber/Lyft from the airport to the Hyatt Place Chicago/Hoffman Estates.
- The Hyatt Place Chicago/Hoffman Estates will provide a shuttle service during the entirety of the wedding day (exact pickup times TBD). The shuttle will transport guests from the ceremony to the hotel and back, and from the hotel to the reception and back, so your entire visit can be free of requiring an rental car, if you choose to do so.
- Wedding day events will take place about an hour drive west of downtown Chicago. If you would like to site-see in Chicago before or after the wedding, we recommend taking the Milwaukee-District West Metra Line from the Hanover Park Station into the city. The train picks up every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Metra Station as well.

We have a room block reserved for guests under O’Keefe-LaRiviere Wedding, so be sure to book within the block over the phone. Please note that outside of this reserved block, the hotel is booked during the dates around our wedding, but don’t worry—if you book within the block there should be plenty of rooms available for all guests.
