Do you have a room block available?

We have reserved special discount pricing for our guests at $244.00 per night. However, for those looking to speak with a reservations agent, please call (855) 430-7503 and ask for the Lauren Oosdyke & Levi Storms Wedding Block group rate. Discount code: LOL0918C If for some reason you need to cancel your room reservation, you must cancel by 12pm PST 2 days before arrival to avoid fees.

What if I have already booked a room for the original wedding date in 2020, what happens now for the new date in 2021?

Answer

Estancia hotel will be rolling those rooms over to the exact same time frame for the new 9/18/2021 wedding. You will be receiving an email confirmation of this change. If you need to make any changes to the dates you are staying for the 9/18/21 weekend, please contact the hotel.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are very excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. Please be sure to only RSVP for those who are indicated on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but because our venue is very limited on space, please only bring your kids if your invitations says, "Family".

Do you have a recommendation for a babysitter?

Answer

We recommend visiting Sitterwise at https://www.sitterwise.com for in-hotel babysitting services.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We hope our wedding is a fun excuse to get dressed up! Examples include: cocktail or evening gowns for the ladies and suits and ties for the men

Is there a shuttle to and from the Estancia hotel to the church ceremony?

Answer

No, the church ceremony is about 15-20 minutes (approx. 7 miles) from the Estancia hotel.

Will parking be available?

Answer

For those not staying at the Estancia hotel, you will be able to valet your car during the cocktail hour and reception. However, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get to the events so you can enjoy our open bar.

Will the church ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The church ceremony and reception will both be indoors. However, the cocktail hour will be outdoors.

What time should I arrive at the church ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding church ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm at Our Mother of Confidence Church. Please arrive and be seated 15 minutes prior to our ceremony beginning.

What happens after the church ceremony?

Answer

After the church ceremony, we are hosting a cocktail hour which starts at 5:00pm followed by the reception starting at 6:00pm at the Estancia Hotel in La Jolla. Dinner, (more) drinks, and dancing to follow!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes we do! Please see our registry tab. From there you can either donate to our honeymoon fund or purchase gifts directly off of our registry and they will be shipped directly to our home.

I have a food allergy and/or restriction. Can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or any dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP. We will let the hotel know so we can make sure to accommodate you.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

After you receive your Save the Date, we would appreciate your quick response so we can plan accordingly.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” on the website so we can plan accordingly.
