Feel free to find offsite accommodations in or around Andrews, NC. Your meals while on Hawkesdene Estate will still remain covered.
You RSVP on Zola first — this is how we track attendance and meals. If you are staying at Hawkesdene, you then complete your Hawkesdene reservation/payment on their site.
You still RSVP on Zola so we know which events you’re attending and can plan meals.
The guest accommodation fee is a flat $300 per adult, regardless of how many days you’re able to join us during the weekend. When planning the celebration, we budgeted the per-person cost based on a two-night stay, with meals, shared spaces, and weekend programming accounted for as a whole. To keep things simple and equitable for everyone, the fee remains the same whether you stay for part of the weekend or the full three days.
