Due to venue policies, we have decided to restrict children to family-only. With that, we hope for our special day to be one where all guests, including parents, can relax and enjoy themselves. Our venue has a strict policy regarding children under 10 years old as the venue is located in an rock quarry and could be dangerous for unsupervised children. If you are considering bringing children under the age of 10, please read the terms provided by our venue below and be sure to confirm with your RSVP as we must provide the final headcount of children under age 10 for event staffing. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly! "Children under 10 years old must be supervised by their parent or legal guardian at all times and not allowed to wander away from the designated event areas or climb on rocks. Children will be seated with their parent or legal guardian for meals. No babysitters are permitted and there is no room for babies to sleep onsite. Please plan offsite arrangements to meet children’s needs if they are not old enough to enjoy the full event with their parents. use. If there are more than 15 children at your event under age 10, then you’ll be required to pay for additional employees that we will hire on your behalf per 15 children. In the event of any violation of these rules, guests will be asked to leave and you will forfeit your security deposit."
Formal Attire. Suits or tuxes, gowns or cocktail dresses. We love an excuse to dress up! Ladies, no grass/heel concerns here! Your heels and ankles will be safe on pathways, patios, etc.
October weather in Nashville is lovely. Typical highs between 70-75 degrees, with lows rarely dropping below 55 degrees. If anything a light jacket at night might be needed.
You can easily rent a car from Nashville Airport if you'd like one, but we doubt you'll need one. Getting around Nashville is easy and convenient via Uber or Lyft, and the airport is just a short 15 minute ride from downtown. Downtown Nashville is also walkable. We've arranged shuttle transportation for guests to and from the venue to downtown Nashville for the wedding and reception.
The wedding will be indoors, with doors open allowing guests to enjoy the fall air. Cocktail/appetizers will be outdoors, with dinner and reception taking place indoors.
Absolutely! The venue allows cars to be left overnight until 10am. After 10am, cars are subject to being towed so please make sure you pick up prior to 10am. Please note we will have shuttles to and from the wedding venue to downtown Nashville. We encourage you to take advantage of the shuttles if you'd like!
