When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that all guests RSVP by Sunday, May 15 at BaerWedding.com

Question

Do you have a recommendation for a hotel?

Answer

Yes! We've reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Penfield (950 Panorama Trail South). Please reserve a room by May 13 to ensure you receive the discounted rate. Guests staying at the hotel will have access to transportation to/from the hotel/venue. You can call the hotel directly at 585.249.0601 or follow the "Accomodations" tab on our site.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

All events will take place at Glendoveers. We'll have a brief vow renewal ceremony outside then immediately move inside for a cocktail hour to kick off the celebration.

Will the vow renewal and reception be outdoors?

Answer

The vow renewal will take place outdoors in the grassy field (weather permitting), before moving inside the main building for a cocktail hour and reception

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We'll also have a special tap from our favorite local brewery -- Knucklehead Craft Brewing!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to in share our celebrations! (In full disclosure, we've made a special exception for our two nephews)

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Yes! Lauren and Josh would like you to post pictures with the hashtag #baerymarried to make finding photos easier on social media.
