This is an open party. There will be food throughout, wine tasting, games at some point, Karaoke later in the night. Come when you wish... stop by to say "HI" or stay all night. We are so excited to see everyone's face! In lieu of gifts, please bring a bottle(s) or case of your favorite beer, wine or liquor. We will be using these gifts to stock the bar at the wedding... so bring your favorite! ** Can't come, but still want to contribute? HOW TO CHECK INTO THE WEDDING
9:00 am - 3:30 pm
HOW TO CHECK IN: 9am-3:30pm: Arrival to ALL-STARS Venue (Preschool and Childcare) ***Please feel free to arrive early to set up your tent, have a drinks with friends, play lawn games or just come by to say "HI" to the bride and groom. Pull into driveway, follow parking signs, look for parking attendant. After, please relax and have fun, but please be on time for the ceremony at 3:30pm. ** If you are bringing your trailer, please arrive early. ** If you are bringing a tent, arrive with enough time to set up tent before the wedding, otherwise it will be dark by the time you get around to it (still allowed, just recommended early) PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to stay for the weekend (or come back each day), some food and alcohol/drinks will be provided, but please BYO to share as well. Or drop of few bucks via venmo @lastachura. Thanks!

Bringing our own tent 3. Really want to stay onsite, but don't own a tent or trailer... can you help with this? 4. Appreciate the offer, but I really really want to stay in a hotel.. is this allowed?? 5. No thanks, I will head home for the night.

Dressy Casual (Examples: linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals). Fun and comfy. More colorful the better. Men - no need for jackets! Women - remember it is outdoors, flats are recommended, flip flops are ideal :)
3:15pm: head to the ceremony - be sure to grab a drink (or 2) beforehand 3:30pm: Ceremony starts - FYI: Wedding is under the sun; be prepared with hat, sunglasses, fan, sunscreen 4:30pm: Cocktail "hour" starts at the Pavillion - drinks and games included!! 6pm: (or whenever pictures are done) GRAND ENTRANCE and dinner 6-11pm: Eat, drink and dance the night away! Late night snacks to commence the evening ** Potential for a late night bonfire at small Bonfire pit behind the large tents
