What is included in this Weekend Getaway?

Answer

Your wedding reservation includes your entire wedding weekend. You will be provided: - Two night stay in one of the on-site cabins - Luxury accommodations for the weekend (linens, towels, toiletries, etc) - Meals beginning the evening you arrive through the morning you leave and unlimited drinks and snacks - Daily maid service - Wi-fi - Full kitchens in each cabin - Access to entire Hawkesdene estate - Entertainment including festivities and LIVE MUSIC throughout the weekend

Should I bring any food or drinks?

Answer

Short Answer: Yes! Your stay covers all food and drinks (including alcoholic) for any formal meals. Each cabin will have its own full kitchen. So, feel free to bring some of your own handy snacks & beverages!

Can my Kids come?

Answer

Although we love your kids... this is an adult wedding weekend! We hope this can be a mini vacation for the parents! :)

What toiletries should I bring?

Answer

You will have plenty of linens and towels in your cabins! You may want to bring your own smaller toiletries (like toothpaste) however, each bathroom will have small hotel size shampoos/body wash. So, if you're worried you'll run out, pack some! The cabins will also have hairdryers, irons and ironing boards!

What should I wear?!

Answer

We want everyone to be casual and comfortable! FRIDAY REHEARSAL & DINNER ATTIRE: Dressy Casual (what you wear on a date night)  SATURDAY DAY ATTIRE: Bring your active wear! Hiking the mountains and field games (or lounging and relaxing)!  SATURDAY NIGHT ATTIRE (ceremony): You can dress it up some here! If you're wearing heels, you will probably want to have some other shoes to change into after. SUNDAY ATTIRE: Whatever you wake up in, or would wear on a road trip!  *HEELS - TO WEAR THEM OR NOT: The dance floor, main home, and pavilion are all concrete. But, rocks and dirt paths will be everywhere from your cabin to everywhere on property.
