Garden of the Gods
If you're planning to be in Colorado Springs for a few days around the wedding, Garden of the Gods is a must-see! There are 15 miles of trails in the park, and the Perkins Central Garden Trail is a 1.5 mile paved trail that is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
Ranked as one of the top zoos in the country, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is the perfect activity to do with kids and is located on the mountain just above the Broadmoor resort.
The Broadmoor Seven Falls
Often referred to as “The Grandest Mile of Scenery in Colorado”, Seven Falls in Colorado Springs is the only waterfall in Colorado to make National Geographic's list of international waterfalls. Visitors can view the scenic wonder of Seven Falls from either the top of the 224 step staircase or from the Eagle’s Nest viewing platform, which can be accessed via elevator. In the evenings, the falls are beautifully illuminated by colorful lighting.
Manitou Cliff Dwellings
Located a short 15-min drive from The Broadmoor, explore ancient cliff dwellings carved into red sandstone overhang. The Manitou Cliff Dwellings overlooks Manitou Springs, Colorado at the foot of Pikes Peak.
The Broadmoor Golf Club
This golf course is available for guests staying at The Broadmoor. For golf enthusiasts - this course is the proud Host of the 2025 U.S. Senior Open a few weeks after our wedding weekend, so courses are expected to be in tip top shape.

Guided Fly Fishing
Deckers, Colorado is a world-renowned section of the South Platte River that's popular for fly fishing. The river is home to a variety of trout, including browns, rainbows, and cuttbows, that can grow to be 20–24 inches long.
