Hotel
Rooms have been blocked off for both Friday, July 18th, and Saturday, July 19th. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 716-699-6000 and asking for rooms for the Beaver-Schwab Wedding. The last day to book is June 19th, 2025.
Shuttle

Complimentary shuttles will be provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. Pickup will be at the Wingate by Wyndham in Ellicottville at approximately 3:00 PM, with all guests arriving at the venue (11520 Bixby Hill Rd, Arcade) by 3:45 PM. Return shuttles will depart the venue at four scheduled times throughout the evening to bring guests back to the hotel. Bus 2 will leave at 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, while Bus 1 will depart at 10:00 PM and again at midnight (12:00 AM). Please board the shuttle a few minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth trip back.
