Hotel
Rooms have been blocked off for both Friday, July 18th, and Saturday, July 19th. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 716-699-6000 and asking for rooms for the Beaver-Schwab Wedding. The last day to book is June 19th, 2025.
Shuttle

We’re excited to let you know that a shuttle service will be running throughout the day and evening between the hotel and the wedding venue. This means you won’t have to worry about driving to the wedding and can enjoy the day fully! If you do decide to drive, no worries—there will still be a shuttle available to bring you back to the hotel later, so you can relax and celebrate with us. Once we have a final headcount we will finalize shuttle times so stay tuned and check back here closer to the wedding for the specifics!
