All events will be held in the same location at the Schwab's residence. For guests who will be arriving themselves and not using the provided transportation, please use the following address: 11520 Bixby Hill Rd, Arcade, NY 14009.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. For the ladies, we suggest cocktail dresses of any length, jumpsuits, or dressy separates. For the men, we suggest slacks and a dress shirt with a tie or suit.
While we love little ones, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only event! We hope this notice gives you enough time to make arrangements so you can come to celebrate with us!! We greatly appreciate your understanding!

Yes! We have rooms blocked off at the Wingate by Wyndham hotel in Ellicottville, NY. Please refer to the Travel tab for links to the website or call the hotel directly and ask for rooms in the Schwab-Beaver wedding block. If there are no rooms available, please notify me and we can add additional rooms!
Complimentary shuttles will be provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. Pickup will be at the Wingate by Wyndham in Ellicottville at approximately 3:00 PM, with all guests arriving at the venue (11520 Bixby Hill Rd, Arcade) by 3:45 PM. Return shuttles will depart the venue at four scheduled times throughout the evening to bring guests back to the hotel. Bus 2 will leave at 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, while Bus 1 will depart at 10:00 PM and again at midnight (12:00 AM). Please board the shuttle a few minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth trip back.
