Bus transportation will be provided to and from King Family Vineyards from the Omni Hotel and the Courtyard by Marriott - University Medical Center (1201 West Main Street). Please arrive at 4:35PM for prompt departure at 4:45PM. You can also Uber directly to King Family Vineyards. Return shuttles will also be available. The first will depart from King Family Vineyards at 10pm and the others at the end of the evening (11:45pm).

Charlottesville has many hotels to chose from - including Marriott, Starwood, and Hilton brands. We have blocks at The Omni and Graduate but for those looking to use points (we get it!), you can grab an uber to The Omni or Graduate where you can catch a shuttle to King Family Vineyards. We highly recommend booking early as this is a home football weekend and popular time for weddings.

The Draftsman (a Marriott Hotel) is offering a $269 rate for a minimum of 2 nights. The last day to book at this rate is 7/12/2019. You can book by calling the hotel or using the link below. This hotel is directly across the street from The Graduate hotel, so you can catch the shuttle easily.

This very small airport in Charlottesville is the closet option.

If you are looking for a slightly larger airport with more flight options but still short drive, we suggest flying in to the Richmond International Airport in Richmond, VA then renting a car to drive 1 hour north to Charlottesville.

Reagan has tons of flights so provides more options to those of you joining us from further away (thank you!). It is about 2 hours and 15 minutes from Downtown Charlottesville. There are car rentals available at the Airport.
