Question

What is the dress code? ¿Cuál es el código de vestimenta?

Answer

Cocktail attire! We invite you to come dressed in your favorite party dress or sports jacket. This will be a formal event, no denim or hats permitted. ¡Vestimenta de cóctel! Te invitamos a venir vestido con tu vestido de fiesta favorito o chaqueta de traje. Este será un evento formal, no se permitirán mezclilla o sombreros.

Will dinner & drinks be served? ¿Se servirá cena y bebidas?

Answer

Yes! Come ready to eat! Between Hors d'orves, dinner, and desserts, you will not go hungry. ¡Sí! ¡Ven listo para comer! Entre aperitivos, cena, y postres, no pasará hambre.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding from the hotels? ¿Habrá transporte desde y hacia la boda desde los hoteles?

Answer

Yes! We have made arrangements for transportation that will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at the Bella Donna before the ceremony. There will then be transportation at the end of the night from the Bella Donna back to both of the hotels. There will be more details to come closer to the wedding regarding transportation. ¡Sí! Hemos hecho arreglos para el transporte que le recogerá en el hotel y le dejará en el Bella Donna antes de la ceremonia. Luego habrá transporte al final de la noche desde el Bella Donna de vuelta a ambos hoteles. Habrá más detalles del transporte cuando se acerca la boda.

Can I bring a guest/my kids? ¿Puedo traer a un invitado/a mis hijos?

Answer

Due to the continuing pandemic, we have chosen to keep our guest count small as to not overcrowd our venue. We ask that only those specifically listed on the invitations attend our event, and we thank you for respecting our decision in an effort to make this event as safe as possible. Debido a la pandemia, hemos elegido mantener el número de invitados pequeños a no abarrotarse nuestro salón. Pedimos que sólo los enumerados específicamente en las invitaciones asistan a nuestro evento, y le agradecemos por respetar nuestra decisión en un esfuerzo por hacer este evento lo más seguro posible.

Will mask be required? ¿Se requerirá mascarilla?

Answer

No. We are not requiring masks for our event; however, we want our guest to be as comfortable as possible, so you are welcome to wear a mask if you choose to do so. We highly encourage guests to come vaccinated & boosted both for the safety of this event & your safety in general. No. No estamos requiriendo máscaras para nuestro evento; sin embargo, queremos que nuestro invitados sean lo más cómodo posible, así que usted es bienvenido a usar una máscara si usted decide hacerlo. Is there an option to watch the ceremony online? ¿Hay alguna opción para ver la ceremonia en línea?

Answer

For guest who do not feel comfortable attending in person: we completely understand, we will have a full video of the ceremony available from our videographer that we would love to share with you at a later date. We will also have a highlights video and plenty of photos from the day that we will be sharing to social media. Para los invitados que no se sientan cómodos asistiendo en persona: Entendemos completamente, tendremos un vídeo completo de la ceremonia disponible de nuestro videógrafo que nos encantaría compartir con usted en una fecha posterior. También tendremos un video corto y muchas fotos del día que compartiremos en las redes sociales.

Phone policy for the wedding

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony which means that we require that you silence your phones and put them away for the entirety of the ceremony. This is to preserve the photography and videography so that these vendors can take clear photos/videos without phone screens in the frame. After the entire wedding party has exited the ceremony space you are welcome to pull out your phones and take all of the photos you want for the rest of the night. We will be sharing plenty of the professional photos to social media at a later date and we will also be sending digital photos via email.
