Leaves and Lights

Schedule

The Wedding Website of Lauren Abrahamsen and Eric Huber
So we tied the knot in North Carolina in April but wanted to be able to celebrate with our Colorado friends and family! There will be a short and sweet "ceremony" but mostly its a party! It will be more casual than anything and our only hope is you can make it and we can celebrate our happiness with you! The main points- dress for some outdoor heat, feel free to add a Hawaiian flare but no need to be fancy! Friendly, (mostly) well-behaved, heat tolerant dogs on a leash are welcome. There will be appetizers, catered BBQ, cupcakes, kid friendly beverages, wine, beer, and hard seltzer. No need to bring money except to tip the fabulous bartender :) Schedule: 4-5: "Cocktail" hour w appetizers 5: Short and sweet ceremony 5:30-7:30- Catered Brothers BBQ dinner (buffet style)- bbq chicken/beef brisket, salad, potato salad, mashed potatoes, mac&cheese 6ish- 930ish- Dancing, outdoor games, tiki torches, just hanging out- whatever you want!

Colorado Celebration!

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Paddler's Pub by Mountain Whitewater
1329 North U.S. Highway 287, Fort Collins, CO 80524

So it is looking like next Saturday is going to be pretty toasty! So no need to get fancy!! Think casual beach wedding attire if you feel like dressing up a little (though totally OK if you want to go more casual than that- dress for comfort!) There will also be a loose Hawaiian theme so if you are feeling inspired, bring your Aloha spirit :)

Little update- there will be a "ceremony" but it will be super short and sweet :) Since we did the official wedding in April, this is just the fun part of the wedding... The party for our Colorado friends and family! There will be snacks/dinner and drinks (both non-alcoholic and adult beverages!). Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome... though please be thoughtful of your pooch if its really hot outside, it may be best to leave them home! The celebration will be outdoors an looks like it will be warm when the party starts- there will be a tent/sun umbrellas but plan on some warmth and cross fingers for some clouds :) It can get cool quickly once the sun starts to set, so not a bad idea to bring a light jacket (and rainjacket just in case!) There will be outdoor games to play, sand to dance in (and a curated playlist by me, so expect awesomeness) and the whole vibe is casual... plan for a good time at a whitewater rafting company's outdoor pub :)
