La and I met in college, when I was a young freshman and I reached out to learn more about Delight Ministries. Who could have known that meeting would be the start of a beautiful friendship that has grown so much over the years. From late-night Sonic runs to sleepovers and FaceTime dates, La is the sister I never had 💗

Besties from the beginning! Kell is lucky enough to have known La her entire life and make countless memories through all phases of life. From stealing pacifiers to ballet classes, through college, and now celebrating La in her wedding era, there have been tons of laughs, adventures, bestie weekend trips and more.

Lauren and I met in 2019 at our summer internship and have been inseparable ever since. We got nicknamed “the package deal” because we were always together. 5 years later and our co-workers still use that nickname for us and it has morphed into “the wonder twins”. Over the last 5 years, we started our first big girl jobs together, got promoted together and have been there for each other through our personal lives, too. Through the good and the bad, our friendship has only grown stronger. To Dre, she’s his soulmate, but to me, she’ll always be my package deal!

When I met La our freshman year in college, I knew instantly that this girl was special - and that we would be friends for life! We were the perfect pair; she helped me soften my heart, and I helped her grow her courage. I can’t imagine my life without her in it, and I’m so thankful she decided to stick with me. Now we have the blessing of being each others bridesmaids. It’s a dream come true!

La is like my long distance mom - she, Elyssa and I were always the ‘three little pigs’. We met through the third piglet, Elyssa, our freshman year of college. As a result of endless homework date nights at the Wendy’s in the UNC Charlotte Student Union and many BHP meetings, I knew Lauren was a life long friend. The majority of our friendship has been long distance, when I transferred to UNC sophomore year and moved to Chicago three years ago. That still didn’t stop this relationship from flourishing and I’m SO thankful and honored to be a part of Lauren’s big day. I cannot wait to stand by her side as she says “I Do” to the love of her life!!

I met Lauren our first year of college, but when we moved in together our junior year, our friendship really started to take off. After graduation, our friendship morphed into a deep, Christ-centered connection that I wouldn’t change for the world. I am so proud to call her one of my besties!

I am Gilmore’s best friend! We have been through a lot together, going from a Leader/Subordinate relationship to a true brotherhood, spiritually helping guide each other. Looking forward to celebrating Lauren and his commitment to each other at their wedding!

Dre and I met as coaches at the rifle range. I was a timid dude having not known anybody, but he came up to me and we quickly became great friends because of our similar interests in video games, sports and all things nerdy!

I’m Rae, the mostly sour but super sweet flower girl! Even though Dre is my uncle, I enjoy being spoiled by Auntie La the most. I’m so excited to see them get married next year!

I’m Legend, currently the last nephew of Dre's growing tribe (though by the time of the wedding I’ll be a big brother!). I love watching airplanes and love when others share my excitement for life. My smile can win the heart of any woman alive, and I know it!
