Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Friday night - Welcome Gathering: the Bride and Groom will be at the upstairs bar of the hotel between 8:30p - 9:30p to visit with out of town guests. Sunday morning Farewell: The Bride and Groom will be downstairs in the lobby/breakfast area between 10:00am - 12:00pm to visit with guests prior to their departure.

What COVID precautions will be taken at the ceremony?

Answer

The church requires masks to be worn by attendees while inside the church. Parties will be seated by family or groupings spaced out with a few seats in between each group.

What COVID precautions will be taken at the reception?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be outside in the courtyard. The wedding reception will be inside with access to the courtyard. Majority of guests have received a COVID Vaccination. Masks may be worn optionally at the reception at your discretion.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, you can park in the church parking lot.

Answer

Valet parking is provided at the reception hall.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will not be coordinated transportation. However, if you don't want to drive from the hotel, Uber is easy to get in Downtown Fort Worth.
