Matron of Honor
I can't remember a life where I didn't know Anna. Born a year and a half after me, when one of us was moving, the other one was in tow right beside. Anna has helped me see the world through a lens of kindness, she has helped when I needed to heal, and she is the most hilarious person I know. I have leaned on her in my toughest moments and so lucky to get to smile with her through the joy.
Maid of Honor
My baby sister, Faith, was born when I was 7 years old and came out a little ball of fire! She is fierce, outspoken, and an incredible athlete. I've loved watching her turn into her own unique and incredible person over the years, and she always surprises me with the myriad of ways she grows. Having sisters has got to be one of the most special things that can happen to a person in this life <3
Bridesmaid
Grace and I met when we were just tiny things at Arlington Baptist, but really solidified out friendship when she invited me to her 8th birthday party at The Little Gym. We scootered all around Mint Hill in our childhood, got awarded "best friends" in our middle school yearbook, went on double dates in high school, and are still known to throw it down when I visit her and Bernie in Charlotte. My girl G is my A-1 since Day 1!
Bridesmaid
Frances and I met in 4th grade and have had nonstop silliness and tenderness since then. From shooting music videos dressed as men as children, to so many summers belly flopping on Waverly's swim team, to living together in college and tearing up the dance floor at Porto's in Boone, she is tried and true! I know I can always count on her to find me as I am.
Bridesmaid
The first thing Keesh and I asked each other when we met at orientation for Peace Corps Ethiopia was, "have we met before?" Soulmates from the start, I'm so lucky to love and to know her. She is a powerful storyteller, creative, and advocate, and she is just as gentle as she is goofy. Get you a Keesh, but you can't have mine!
Bridesmaid
Amelia is a part of my "soul pod" I met in college- my group of girlfriends who became sisters for me during my time up in Boone. Amelia is genuine, curious, wise, and as fiery as her flowing red mane. She is not only going to be standing by my side at the altar, but is also going to be making our wedding cake (with her crazy culinary skillz!), which is so special to us.
Best Man
Colin is a great older brother and has been an influential role model and pillar of support. It's always a fun time when we are together and I am fortunate to have him by my side for my wedding and beyond.
Groomsman
I met Ed in 4th grade where we bonded over dead legs and general rambunctiousness. We lived together in college and have created a strong friendship through years of fun times and lasting memories.
Groomsman and Officiant
I could talk to this guy for hours about nothing and I know he'll be right there with me every step of the way. We are bonded through years spent as roommates, confidants, and dear friends.
Groomsman
Caleb stepped into the role of my brother almost a decade ago! It didn't take long for Daniel and Cay to get real close between days of Nascar, smokin wings, drinking Busch Lite, and watching the Panthers together. We are lucky to have him stand beside us as we welcome Daniel into the Burrows chaos!
Groomsman
Bill just gets me. A true friend who I am eager to share every thought that enters my brain as i know he will provide nonjudgmental listening and unconditional support.
Groomsman
Noah is a reliable and dear friend who played a vital role in shaping who I am today. He has spent the past five years living in China but I still feel as close to him as ever. Let's welcome him back to the United States with a party in the mountains!
Flower Girl
Klara is Daniel's niece and she is so excited to beautify Lauren's walk to the altar. She loves gymnastics and everything sparkly.
Ring Bearer
Noah is Daniel's nephew and he is ready to bear the ring that will seal the deal. He is an excellent soccer player and an avid reader in both English and Icelandic.
