Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There is about a 10 minute walk to the ceremony site. Please arrive around 4:30pm to walk and sit down for the ceremony. For people who are not physically able to make the walk, a golf cart ride will be provided.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know if you have a good allergy so we can alert the caterer.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We do not provide transportation

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be “saved” in the parking lot for our event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Since we have a limited number of people we can invite, unless your name is on the invitation, please do not bring a guest.

Are kids welcome?

The only children attending are the flower girl, the ring bearer and our beautiful granddaughter, Freya

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP date is September 10th. If you receive an invitation after that, that means some people could not attend and we would love for you to join us. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Over much deliberation, the reception will be outdoors. Looks like temps through the evening will get into the 50’s. We have rented heaters and will have some blankets. We suggest bringing something to keep you warm. Hopefully you’ll be dancing and that will help!!
