Travel Note
Transportation options can be limited on the mountaintop—Uber and Lyft are unreliable, and availability is sparse. Local taxis are recommended but need to be arranged in advance. On wedding day, there will be a shuttle to take guests to and from the venue picking up at Hotel Mountain Brook (final schedule below). Cell service can be spotty in some areas, so be sure to load navigation while you have WiFi or service!

The shuttle will pick up from Hotel Mountain Brook on wedding day. The pickup times are as follows: 4:45pm 5:00pm 5:15pm Return shuttles are on demand, beginning at 9:30pm and ending at 1:00am

Albany is the closest airport and ~1 hour drive from Tannersville (tip: check Southwest and Allegiant)

The next best airports are Newark and Laguardia, both ~2.5 hour drive from Tannersville. Please make sure to budget extra time for traffic if you opt for one of these!

Just a 5 minute drive from the venue, Hotel Mountain Brook is an Adirondack-style lodge featuring rustic-chic guest rooms and mountain views. We love Scribner's! Scribner's is a cozy, well-appointed lodge located just 5 minutes down the road in Hunter. They have great amenities, a stunning view of Hunter mountain, and a bar/restaurant on site.
