Camping

RVs, campers, and trailers are expected to park in the green area shown in the map above. Please only back in and park respectfully as we need to accommodate several units. Tents are permitted on the grass to East. No tents or units near the ceremony space to the West please. No parking in the blue X area as this is for day of parking for guests. We kindly asks guests arriving Friday to set up behind the hall, leaving the area to the East for guests arriving Saturday. Please arrive after 2:00PM if you are camping Friday night. We kindly ask unit parking wraps up before Saturday @ 2:00PM to avoid disruptions during the ceremony. Everyone must vacate the grounds by 11:00am on Sunday as per the hall rental contract. There is no power or water onsite but generators are permitted and you may fill up on water and/or dump septic tanks in town at Centre 2000. There is limited washroom facilities and no showers onsite and the hall will be unavailable before and after the reception, so please come prepared.

August 24, 2024 2:30 am - 1:30 am

A shuttle will be transporting guests from the designated hotels to the venue from 2:30pm to 3:30pm before the ceremony and after the reception between 10:30pm and 1:30am. The last bus will leave the venue at 1:30am. Rides will be complimentary but tips for the driver are appreciated. Rides will only be to the designated drop off spot at the hotels. Guests requiring transportation elsewhere in Grande Prairie are encouraged to utilize cabs or uber services. Please no drinking and driving :)

Saskatoon Island Provincial Park

If you would prefer to come earlier than Friday or stay later than Sunday, there is also camping available nearby at Lake Saskatoon Island Provincial Park. Reservations are required in advance to stay here and it is recommended you book early to secure a spot. Please visit Reserve Alberta Parks to make a reservation.
