What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at a minimum 30 minutes in advance of the ceremony. We hope to have everyone seated 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

Please bring cash for tickets, the bar will be a modified toonie bar ($2.50/drink...inflation lol) so $5 will get you two drinks! There is no ATM on site.

Is transportation back to town provided after the reception?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle has been arranged to take guests staying at the Delta and the Grand Inn back to town after the reception. Please visit the 'Travel' tab for more information.

Where can I stay?

Answer

Camping will be available onsite or nearby at Saskatoon Island Provincial Park. We recommend booking at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grande Prairie Airport should you prefer to stay in a hotel in town. Please visit the 'Travel' tab for more information.

May I bring a date?

Answer

The happy couple wishes they could accommodate everyone but unfortunately dates will only be permitted if they have been included on the invite. Any concerns, contact the bride and groom to discuss prior to finalizing the RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome as we want to celebrate with all our friends and family. However, during the ceremony we ask that parents be mindful of noise and distractions. Babysitting services will not be provided.

Are phones permitted?

Answer

Phones are not permitted during the ceremony. We ask that you turn your phone off and enjoy the moment.

Are pets permitted?

Pets are not permitted, we thank-you for understanding!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors. Please come prepared for unpredictable weather.

What if I have allergies or dietary preferences?

Answer

We will do our absolute best to accommodate but unfortunately, we may not be able to provide a guaranteed preference. If that is the case, we kindly ask you contact the bride and groom well in advance so we can try to arrange something for yourself.
