Where is the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Williams Orchard in Rolling Prairie Indiana. The ceremony will be outside on grass by their orchard and cocktail hour will be held on their patio. The reception and dancing will be held inside the barn.

When should I RSVP by and how?

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026 on our wedding website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony and when is reception?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5PM (CST), cocktail hour at 5:30PM, and reception at 7PM. Please note, there is a time change in different areas of Indiana. If you are staying in New Buffalo, the time is Eastern. Please arrive 15 minutes early to the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we've chosen to make our special day adults-only (18+) so everyone can relax and enjoy. We will have security on site and checking IDs at the bar.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Think suits and dresses, something chic and celebratory! Ladies, the ceremony will be in grass so block heels or flats are recommended.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we simply can’t allow for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and will be reflected on the wedding envelope. If you are unsure, please reach out!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be lots of parking available at the venue. If you are staying nearby, we recommend checking out Uber or Lyft to limit having to drive.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block, but we have listed a few lodging options under the Hotel tab. There are quite a few Airbnb's in the area as well.
