Lauren and Brian’s love story began in 2012, in a high school math class. When Lauren was home sick one day, Brian took a leap of faith and reached out on Twitter to see if she needed the homework. That small, thoughtful message sparked endless conversations, a growing friendship, and a connection neither of them could ignore. A few months later—sweetly sealed with a cookie cake—Brian asked Lauren to be his girlfriend. From that moment on, they shared their junior and senior years side by side, making memories, laughing through milestones, and dancing the night away at prom. After graduation, life gently pulled them in different directions. Lauren headed to Illinois State University, while Brian stayed closer to home at the College of DuPage. Though distance separated them for a time, their story was never truly over. In 2020, when the world slowed down, fate brought them back together. What began years earlier in a classroom rekindled into something deeper and stronger than before. Now, nearly six years later, Lauren and Brian are ready to begin their forever—hand in hand, exactly where they were always meant to be. 💕
