Yes, a shuttle service operated by Karst Stage Transportation will run between The Wilson Hotel (Town Center) and Moonlight Basin on the day of the wedding. -The first shuttle will depart from the Wilson at 3:30 PM. -Guests do not need to be staying at The Wilson to use the shuttle. -Return shuttles will run multiple times during the reception and at the end of the evening.
WELCOME PARTY: Montana Chic- think boots, refined denim, flowy dresses, and tailored jackets with a Montana twist. Cowboy/Cowgirl hats encouraged! WEDDING: Formal, Black Tie Optional For Women: Gowns, cocktail dresses, or formal separates are all perfect options. For Men: Suit with a tie, feel free to break out that tux if you have one!
The ceremony and reception with both be held at Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, MT. The ceremony will be outside. Dinner will take place outside under a tent. The reception will be held inside. Please keep in mind, weather in Montana can be unpredictable. Accommodations will be made in the event the weather does not cooperate.
We are keeping our wedding an adults-only event. However, kids are more than welcome to join us at the Welcome Party on Friday.
