Please RSVP by June 15, 2026. To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. We also recommend looking at lodging options as soon as you can — that way you’ll have your spot secured and one less thing to worry about!
Yes — Jekyll Island requires a small entry/parking fee to help preserve its natural beauty, beaches, and historic sites. You can purchase a pass at the gate when you arrive or online ahead of time. Daily passes allow unlimited re-entry, and multi-day or annual passes are also available if you plan to stay longer.
Our dress code is Coastal Chic — a perfect blend of elegance and comfort for our beachside celebration! For the ladies: Embrace the seaside spirit with flowy sundresses or elegant midi/maxi dresses in light, breezy fabrics. Feel free to rock wedges, sandals, or even go barefoot in the sand during our beach ceremony. While our wedding palette features raspberry, earthy greens, and soft pinks, we encourage you to choose a color that makes you feel radiant. The key is to look effortlessly chic and photo-ready — don't stress the details! For the gentlemen: Think relaxed sophistication with linen shirts, khakis, or tailored dress shorts. Loafers, stylish sandals, or barefoot are all welcome for the ceremony. Light or neutral-toned button-ups strike the perfect balance. Choose an outfit that reflects your personal style and makes you feel confident. Our vision is simple: polished yet laid-back. Leave the formal attire behind and prepare for an unforgettable evening of celebration by the ocean, where comfort meets style.
Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, the ceremony on Driftwood Beach and the reception at the Great Dunes Pavilion, which is covered but still open to the sea breeze. We’ll be soaking in the sunshine (and hopefully not the rain), so say a little prayer with us for beautiful weather!
Rain or shine, the celebration goes on! Our hearts are set on celebrating with you no matter the weather. If rain is in the forecast, we recommend bringing an umbrella (bonus points if it’s cute and matches your outfit!) so you can stay comfortable during the beach ceremony. Once we move to the reception at Great Dunes Pavilion, everything will be covered and dry. If anything changes with the plan, we’ll keep everyone updated along the way.
We recommend booking your stay as soon as possible! Jekyll Island and nearby St. Simons are charming small beach towns with limited lodging, and August is a popular time for visitors. The earlier you reserve, the more options you’ll have and you’ll be able to relax knowing it’s one less thing to think about before the big day. For even more choices, Brunswick, GA is just across the causeway from Jekyll and offers plenty of hotels that are often more budget-friendly while still being super convenient.
We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM so you have plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins. We will start the ceremony around 4:45 PM!
We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation join us in celebrating. If your invitation includes a plus one or additional family members, they’ll be listed. We truly appreciate your understanding as we’re keeping our wedding intimate.
Yes! We’d love to celebrate with your whole family. Children are welcome at both the ceremony and reception. While there will be some adult beverages served, our goal is to keep the evening fun, relaxed, and family-friendly for everyone.
For the ceremony, there are two parking lots available right by Driftwood Beach. Since it’s first-come, first-serve, we recommend arriving a little early to snag a good spot! Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be on the beach, which is public land, so there may be other visitors in the area as well. For the reception, the Great Dunes Pavilion has plenty of parking available, making it easy and convenient once you arrive.
August on Jekyll Island is warm, humid, and breezy. We recommend lightweight, breathable fabrics, along with sunglasses and maybe even a stylish hat for the ceremony.
