When these two are together, they know just how to bring out a good laugh and provide the perfect balance of support and entertainment as they swap life stories with each other. Jamie loves music, spending time outdoors, reading, and traveling.

Being born on the exact same day, Lauren and Julia were destined to be best friends. They spent their childhoods and teenage years together. Julia and Lauren have even lived together more than once over the past several years, and their friendship remains intact. Julia is a social butterfly who loves to ensure everyone's having a great time.
Kayli Langley

Kara and Kayli have been friends since they could crawl. As kids, they often spent time jamming out to Backstreet Boys and playing along the St. Lawrence River. Kayli is a dedicated mom to three beautiful children, one of whom is Kara's goddaughter. She loves spending as much time as she can with her family, attending baseball games for her two boys, and enjoying time at her family's campsite beside the river.

Mat and Lauren first met in 2013 when Lauren moved to Greenville. It didn't take long for them to become "best mates." Despite having moved to Charlotte, Mat and Lauren still make time to visit and geek out over Mat's newest games. Mat can usually be found out on the town--no matter which city he resides in--and is always down for a game night, Bond movie, or a well-timed pun.

Despite just meeting in 2022, Alex and Kara's friendship has grown quickly. These two bonded over their similar outlooks on life. They both enjoy being outdoors, have a strong love for their furry children, and know what it takes to build a lifelong friendship. You can often find Alex sharing a home cooked meal, cuddling up to her cats while watching Bob's Burgers, or working on a fun home project around the house or in the garden.

Being Lauren's niece made her a great candidate. Her first name fit right in with the wedding color scheme and was really the only qualification needed to prove she would be the perfect choice for her role in their wedding.

The son of the Officiant, Kelly Williams. Paxton has been sporting beautiful ringlets in his hair since before he could walk. Kara and Lauren entrust him fully to bear the rings they’ll exchange at their wedding.

Kelly and Lauren met when they started working together in 2014. Since then, their friendship has grown beyond their weekly meet-ups for yoga or running. When she offered her services as Officiant, Kara and Lauren knew there could be none better. They are thrilled to have Kelly facilitate the joining of their lives together.
