You can RSVP right here on our website. Click the section heading and put in your name to let us know if we'll be celebrating with you on our special day!

Can I bring a date?

Our invitations indicate the number we are anticipating for our ceremony and reception. We ask that you please refer to your invitation for guest expectations.

What can we expect of the weather?
Answer
Upstate SC's weather is notoriously unpredictable, even in the winter. It could be 70s and sunny or in the 30s with snow/sleet. We suggest closely monitoring the weather predictions closer to the wedding date.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes. Gaines Lodge has a parking lot just outside the venue. Many of you received a parking note to add to your dash on our wedding day. If you did not receive a parking note, but believe you will need one to access the event, reach out and we'll make sure you get one.

What are your wedding colors?
Answer
Our main colors are shades of winter green such as forest green, sage, emerald, and eucalyptus. We will also have cream and gold accents.
