Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Book early - January is peak season and things fill up fast. Fair warning when you land: the terminal is full of people offering "free gifts" and hotel shuttles. Don't let them tempt you with the free tequila - head straight outside to the official taxi stand or your transfer.

We'll be hosting our room block at Garza Blanca Sanctuary from January 15-18 (Friday-Monday), with a 3-night minimum and the option to extend at the same rate. The hotel is truly stunning and will absolutely feel like a vacation - we'll all be together in the same tower with a private adults-only rooftop pool that is breathtaking. Both King Suite and Queen Suite (2 queen beds) options are available, along with EP and All-Inclusive options. Rates are secured through October 15 but the block is limited, so book soon! 📅 Note: A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Cancellations within 90 days of January 15 are subject to a full stay penalty. Travel Note
Airbnbs and villas can be a more affordable option, especially for groups traveling together. The Conchas Chinas and Amapas neighborhoods are closest to the venue, but Zona Romántica (the downtown area) is also a great option if you want to be more in the middle of everything.
