If you’re seeing this, now’s probably a good time to start looking at flights and hotels. January is one of the best times to be in Puerto Vallarta, and things book up fast.
We’d love for you to arrive by Friday in time for the welcome party, but a lot of guests are planning to come early. We’ll be there starting Tuesday and would love to see everyone before the weekend officially kicks off.
We’ll be hosting a room block at Garza Blanca, where we’ll also be staying! See the “Travel” page for more details, room block information, and nearby hotel and Airbnb options.
Yes! A valid U.S. passport is required to enter Mexico. Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
Welcome Party All white or cream - no other colors, please. Mini or midi dresses or simple sets for women; button-downs or nice tees with pants or tailored shorts for men. Wedding Day Tropical formal - Bright colors, florals, and fun patterns encouraged. Women: midi or maxi dresses. Men: Light or linen suits or a button-down with slacks. The full event is outdoors, so keep it light and breathable. No jeans! Boat Day Attire: Bright colors and fun prints encouraged - no black!
For the wedding, shuttles will run to and from Garza Blanca. We'll also coordinate transportation to the boat on Sunday for anyone joining - more details to come! For the welcome dinner, there won't be shuttles - but Uber and taxis are easy and affordable.
Yes! Just use the same common sense you would anywhere else, and don’t let anyone convince you to buy a timeshare :)
We’re celebrating with our closest family and friends, so only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. We appreciate your understanding!
We love your kids, but our wedding weekend will be adults-only.
Formal invitations and RSVP details will be sent digitally closer to the wedding. For now, just save the date and start booking flights and accommodations!
January in Puerto Vallarta is pretty perfect: warm, sunny days in the mid-80s and comfortable evenings in the low-70s.
The local currency is the Mexican Peso (MXN). Most hotels and restaurants in PV accept U.S. dollars and credit cards, but it's handy to have some pesos for smaller purchases, tips, and street vendors. ATMs are widely available - just let your bank know you're traveling beforehand.
We don't have a traditional registry - living in a small NYC apartment, we're lucky to already have most of what we need. Your presence is truly the best gift. If you'd like to contribute, we've set up a honeymoon fund and a future home fund. Thank you for celebrating with us! 💙
