Hotel
We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket for the nights of October 31 and November 1, 2025. Although the website defaults to a one-night stay, the room block includes both nights—October 31st and November 1st. If you’d like to extend your stay, we recommend booking a separate reservation for the same room type and merging the reservations upon arrival.
Travel Note
The DC area has several airports, but we recommend Dulles International Airport (IAD) as it is the closest to the venue or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) as an alternative.
