While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you’ll enjoy a night off and join us for a fun, relaxing celebration!
We’ve worked hard to create an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be listed by name.
The ceremony will be held indoors. However, weather permitting, the cocktail hour may take place outdoors—so we recommend bringing a light layer just in case!
The DC area has several airports, but we recommend Dulles International Airport (IAD) as it is the closest to the venue or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) as an alternative.
Please note that transportation will not be provided between the hotel and the wedding venue. Luckily, it’s a quick 15-minute drive between the two. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft can be a bit spotty in the area, so we recommend considering renting a car if you’re coming in from out of town. This will make getting to the venue easier and it’s also great if you’re planning to check out some of the sights around the D.C., Maryland, Virginia area while you’re here! Here are the car services Field and Main recommend as an additional option: Dederick Brooks - SSMG Concierge: (817) 301-9679 Zain Arshad - Z.A Enterprise: (571) 214-5591 Tim Mcginnis: (202) 499-9856
The parking lot is located behind the restaurant off of Frost St. Street parking is available as well as additional parking behind The Red Truck Bakery on Main St, immediately across from the restaurant.
We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket for the nights of October 31 and November 1, 2025. While the website may default to a one-night stay, the room block includes both nights—October 31st and November 1st. To book, go to the Travel tab and click View to be directed to the booking site. If you’d like to extend your stay, we recommend making a separate reservation for the same room type and requesting to merge the reservations upon arrival.
