Three Star Vineyard and Orchard is located in Johnston, South Carolina. This 100 acre hidden gem features a beautiful muscadine and scuppernong vineyard. Their muscadine and scuppernong grapes are harvested by hand and prepared for fresh market and also sent locally for fermentation and then bottled into delicious wine. The wine slushies are worth a try!
Boeckh Park is a riverfront park located in Hammonds Ferry along the Savannah River. There are beautiful, Charleston-style houses to look at as well as great restaurants like Manuel's Bread Cafe and The Larder. Blake and I have spent many afternoons here hammocking by the river!
Enjoy your Southern cuisine inside the formal dining room, at the vintage bar or on the spacious front porch of the Old Edgefield Grille, a local staple for years. The Victorian home was built in 1906 and became known as a restaurant in 1991. In 1999, the location became known for its southern cuisine as The Old Edgefield Grille.
Brick pond park is a refreshing spot to get outside! It is also located right next to our minor league baseball field, SRP park, and other shops/restaurants. P.S. - watch out for alligators!
