As of now, the wedding is moving forward as planned. We will be following the CDC guidelines at the time to ensure everyone's safety. Our venue holds 700 people so we will have plenty of room, in addition, all events are either outdoors or with open doors in order to ensure airflow (there are also updated HVAC systems). We have a complete buyout of all the spaces (including the hotel) throughout the weekend, so it will only be people from our party. Our venue has also had several weddings already with no issues. We understand that this is a very difficult time for everyone. As much as we would love for you to join us on our special day, if you don't feel comfortable we understand and hope to celebrate with you in the future.
For the health & safety of our guests, we will be taking the following safety measures: - Hand sanitation stations will be readily available throughout the evening. - Tables will be placed to allow for comfortable social distancing. - While masks are not mandatory, guests are encouraged to wear them if it increases their comfortability. - We will adhere to capacity regulations. - We encourage all non-vaccinated guests to get tested and to be safe before traveling.
We aren't requiring COVID vaccines but we highly encourage everyone to get one if you have the ability to. We are tracking the vaccinations and have high hopes that we can have herd immunity of our guests. Both the bride and groom have been vaccinated already, if you get vaccinated please let someone in the wedding party know! Current vaccination count (that we know of): 149 guests (94% of attending guests!)
The Bride and Groom will be there from Wednesday the 12th - Monday the 17th! The longer you stay the better! We picked Hilton Head as it is a fabulous vacation spot.
While we love your little ones, this is an adults only affair.
Yes! There are several other events throughout the weekend. Please refer to the schedule page, we will be updating and adding things as the date gets closer.
