Our wedding is black-tie preferred. We ask that gentlemen wear a tuxedo or a formal dark suit. For the ladies, a floor-length dress is preferred.
Colorado in September is characterized by sunny days and cool nights. Our afternoon ceremony will be indoors at the church, while cocktail hour and the reception will be mostly outdoors with a tent. Guests will walk to the garden cocktail hour on paved pathways, but may need to walk on grass and crushed gravel to move about. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise thin heels are not recommended for the ladies.
While we would love to have everyone, our reception venue has space restrictions, and we cannot accommodate extra guests that are not listed on the invitation. For our guests traveling with children, we want to make your trip to the valley as smooth as possible! We have compiled a list of reputable local childcare providers for you. Complimentary shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Please meet outside the Hoffman Hotel lobby at 2:00 p.m. Due to space constraints, guests are not encouraged to drive to the reception. We kindly request all guests to arrive punctually.
