The ceremony is in the port of Trani in the chalet at the Villa Comunale (communal park) We would recommend staying near to this area. Access to the fortino is only possible through Villa Comunale entrance on via Plebescito. Enter into the park and walk to the sea. turn left and you should see the chalet (and some smartly dressed italians) It is hard to miss. Following the ceremony we will have some drinks and nibbles prior to the shuttle to the reception venue. There is limited shade at the Fortino, and although we will provide sun umbrellas, those with English shades of skin please remember your suncream!

As is typical in Italian weddings, there will be much food provided throughout the day. A lot. Please remember that wedding eating in Italy is a marathon and not a sprint. Please do not peak too soon or you may regret it! It is not possible to stay at the venue or nearby as they have very limited rooms. We will be providing periodic shuttles back to the port of Trani. If you will be staying somewhere outside the port please let us know and we can look to arrange transport with you.
