Answer

Garden Formal Attire Think: light, elegant, and comfortable — heels that won’t sink in grass and soft colors welcome!

Question

Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

The wedding will take place in the scenic town of Pachacamac, just outside Lima. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, surrounded by nature.

Question

When can we RSVP?

Answer

You may RSVP once formal invites are sent out later this year. If you know you will not be able to attend before formal invites are sent out, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our loved ones. We kindly ask that you attend as the guest named on your invitation, as we are keeping our celebration intimate.

Question

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Will there be other wedding activities throughout the weekend?

Answer

Yes, we have planned a welcome event. Look at the “Schedule” section for more information.

Question

What language is spoken in Peru?

Answer

Spanish is the official language in Peru

Question

Is Peru in a different time zone?

Answer

Peru is in the GMT-5 (Eastern Standard Time) zone and does not observe daylight savings. Canada does observe Daylight Saving Time in May, so clocks are 1 hour ahead. Trinidad and Tobago is on Atlantic Standard Time (AST, GMT-4) and does not observe Daylight Saving Time. In May (or any time of year), Port of Spain is always 1 hour ahead of Lima.

Question

Are the Electrical Outlets different?

Answer

Peru uses Type A and B plugs (same as North America). Voltage is 220V, so check if your devices can handle dual voltage.
