Unfortunately due to space limitations of the Auld Keep, we are having an adults-only ceremony and reception. The only children attending are those who are part of our wedding party. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
Please be advised that in accordance with the law on smoking in Scotland, smoking may not be permitted throughout the Castle, Auld Keep and Pavilion Marquee. An alternative facility will be provided in the immediate vicinity. Please keep in mind Dundas is a family home, and outside alcohol and smoking outside of designated areas is not permitted (including vaping and dip), and will result in a $600 fine, per our contract with the venue. This includes bedrooms. We thank you for understanding.
As of this writing (4/19/22), anyone entering the UK from the United States are required to present proof of vaccination against COVID19. Please note, as of April 2022, masks are optional for the ceremony. Proof of negative COVID19 test is still required to return to the United States no more than 24 hours prior to your flight. There are testing sites throughout Edinburgh, and many require reservations, so we recommend you research your options ahead of time. As the date approaches, please keep close track of all UK and local (Edinburgh) regulations around protecting against the spread of COVID19, thank you.
