This is a relaxed braai to get together and see everyone before the big day! Food and drinks (beer, wine & bubbly) will be supplied. If there is anything specific you'd like to eat or drink, please bring this along.
2:15 pm
Meet at Local Roots at 14h15 to catch the shuttles into the mountains for the ceremony (15 min drive). There is no parking in the mountain, so please all use the shuttle service and if you are late, you'll miss your ride! Guests will be dropped off at The Olive House (reception) by the shuttles after the ceremony and there will be shuttles on standby from 10pm to 2am to take guests back to their accommodation after the reception.
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Semi-formal. It is going to be pretty warm, so wear something comfortable and cool - think linen and light dresses! Ladies, the terrain is rocky, so block heels or flats are recommended.
There will be umbrellas, water and cool towels available to keep the heat at bay in the mountains.
