The ceremony and reception are located at the same venue. For the ceremony, the gates open at 3:30 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony. At approximately 5:30 pm, everyone will be invited into the reception area. Dinner service will begin at approximately 6:00 pm. The reception will conclude at 10:00 pm.
Just a quick walk up the hill! If you need assistance walking, we’ve got you. There will be a golf cart to help those who need it.
Yes! If you need any assistance or cannot navigate stairs, please inform the valet staff upon your arrival. Staff will be available to assist you to the ceremony site, then to the cocktail hour area, and to the reception. Please do not hesitate to ask the staff for any assistance you need throughout the evening! Unfortunately the Coast Guard helicopters will not be available for any aerial lifts unless you are in actual distress - trust me, I've asked 1,000 times!
Same as always! 70-80 degrees without much humidity and cools down a little a night to 55-65 degrees. A light sweater or jacket for evenings during your trip is recommended if you tend to catch a chill.

As much as we love our tinier family members and friends, we ran out of room on the guest list to accommodate children at the wedding. If you need assistance with child care during the wedding, please reach out.
