Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

Please plan to arrive between 3:30 - 3:45 pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. Nobody wants to miss out on happy hour time, so we don't want to get started late! For those staying at the Hyatt, shuttles to the venue will arrive at 3:00 pm and depart the hotel at 3:20 pm. There are complimentary valet services at the top of the hill. If you have mobility issues, please let the valet know and they will assist you to the ceremony location. Dinner will be buffet-style with beef, chicken, and vegetarian options, along with delicious sides. Dietary preferences/restrictions can be accommodated. Please let us know of any dietary needs in advance. Please be advised that the ceremony and reception are all outside. The weather in November is very amenable though (see FAQ page for more information).

Saturday Brunch

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Come as you are!

Please join us Saturday morning for a farewell gathering. Breakfast will be buffet style, so there is no hard start time. Breakfast will be served 9:00-10:30 am. Come down at your leisure to recap the awesome night you had!
