We're getting married!

Laura and Lucas first crossed paths on Hinge in the fall of 2023—because, apparently, love does exist beyond the endless swiping. Their first date was at Parakeet Cafe in Little Italy, where they were only planning on a quick coffee. But one coffee turned into two, and before they knew it, they found themselves crossing the street for an impromptu late-afternoon pasta feast. Two days later, they reunited for date #2 at Balboa Park, which somehow stretched into an 11-hour marathon of conversation, people-watching, and realizing they had no one else to hang out with except each other. And as they say, the rest is history... or, at least, a very long string of texts, trips to Central Asia, teleworking in Portugal, and now, wedding planning.
