Where should we aim to book lodging?
Answer
We recommend anywhere in town vs. outside of it. The town is very walkable so you may not even need to use your vehicle once you arrive!

Are children invited to the festivities?
Answer
No. This is an adults only weekend (nieces of the brides are excluded, obviously).

What should I wear to the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Cocktail attire. We ask all guests to refrain from wearing white or burgundy.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and our reception is indoors. The likelihood we will move the ceremony indoors due to weather is small- please plan accordingly!

Yes! It can really knock you on your ass if you are not used to it.

How can I best combat the effects of the high elevation in Ouray?
Answer
Lots of water, rest, and time. Most people will feel the impacts of altitude sickness on day 1, so we suggest adding 1-2 days on to the front half of your trip if you may be impacted by the elevation in Ouray.
