We met each other in 2010 whilst we were both working at the local McDonald's! Kyle says he was instantly attracted to Laura because of her dark hair with a fringe at the time and her blue eyes!, he would always stay back after his shift finished, talking to Laura in the cafe and then even driving her home when he got his license. We started romantically seeing each other but being young, after some time we lost touch. Kyle says Laura was always the one that got away, he never stopped thinking about her & wondering "what if". So after a year apart Kyle decided to win Laura back by leaving Flowers & Disney quotes at her doorstep every week until she agreed to go on a date. 9 years of life and love later, we can't wait to FINALLY become Husband & Wife and start our next chapter.

Sisters by blood, Friends by choice! Maddi & Laura shared a room together for over 11 years! They slept in a bunk bed together which was interesting when Kyle came in to the picture! Haha The 6 year age gap wasn't a problem for them since Laura has always been a big kid at heart! Sharing a room had many advantages like spending many school nights at 1am secretly playing Bratz dolls, doing make overs and sneakily watching Big Brother Uncut! Laura and Maddi share a mutual love for all things Disney and Makeup! In the past they have lined up at 4am in winter!!! Just to score freebies at the grand opening of Sephora (a makeup store). You'll find Maddi on the dance floor if Miley Cyrus is playing.
Jordan Cann

It's true what they say, "Cousins are those Childhood playmates that grow up to be forever Friends". Laura and Jordy were two peas in a pod growing up, always in matching outfits! Laura took Jordy on her first ever overseas trip.... (to Bali of course) Jordy often comes to Laura's house for a sleepover and brings the most delicious grazing and dessert boxes!! (She's a chef by trade!) Lets just say the Christmas lunch spread at the Cann house are EPIC! Kyle says it's one of the reasons he wanted to marry in to the family!! Haha. Jordy & Laura love going on outings together! If it involves food, shopping or instagram famous locations they'll be there!
Sarah Cross

Laura & Sarah have been besties since Kindergarten! With over 23 years of friendship, they have shared the ups and downs of life, the happy and the sad times and everything else between! One thing that has never changed over the years is their close relationship, they both know no matter how much time passes they can pick up right back where they left off and are always a phone call away. Laura and Sarah often go out to restaurants to catch up for dinner and they talk so much that they have to keep telling the waiter to come back as they haven't had a chance to look at the menu. Laura went on her first ever overseas trip with Sarah in 2011 for "schoolies", whilst everyone else was going to Queensland Laura and Sarah saved up all their pennies and went on a 2 week trip to Bali!
Joseph Tadros
Best Man
Joseph and Kyle started off disliking each other in year 7, but they eventually grew on one another and have been best mates ever since. Joseph, "Tadros" or "Taddy" & Kyle constantly tease and nag one another and were fiercely competitive in school, they both actually motivated each other to pursue Uni degrees and both enrolled in the same Science course. Tadros has also been good friends with Laura after meeting her through Kyle, infact there may or may not be a debatable drinking contest between Laura and Taddy! Taddy remained friends with Laura whilst she & Kyle lost touch and Taddy was actually the one who gave Laura's number to Kyle to get in touch again after Kyle begged him for days. These days Taddy & Kyle share a love of Science, and the annual Chinese birthday dinner!
Scott Deakin
Groomsman
Scott or "Banner" and Kyle became friends in a ironic way! They were forced to be nice to each other and make up by their year 3 school teacher after getting into a fight on the playground. After they made up they realised they weren't so bad after all! Scott and Kyle finished primary school together as the best of mates and then went on to complete high school together too, always hanging out in the same group. Their friendship grew stronger after school and now the pair can call upon each other at the drop of a hat, always helping the other out at a moment's notice. They've both helped each other move houses multiple times now! They share a love of going out to drink although these days they don't stay out as late as their younger years and Laura is picking them up by Midnight haha.
Matthew Allen

Matt or better known as "Mallen" and Kyle met by chance both actually as guests to a school formal. Luckily for them, they enjoyed one another's company more than their formal dates and hit it off! They decided to keep in touch and over the years growing up Mallen and Kyle would go out often, going on many camping trips and nights out clubbing to the city! Whatever it was they did they would always end up on an adventure, there are plenty of stories to be told! They still enjoy chatting, catching up for a drink or two and can always count on each other to show up when in need.
