The Audrey
If you're in the mood for a nicer meal, this place is a sure thing! A true hidden gem located on the second floor of famous Market Street, this place (located adjacent to a movie theater) has some of the best food in town! Laura loves the crab and shrimp scampi while Jesse-Wayne loves the braised short rib. And don't forget to try their cheesecake for dessert!
Sixty Vines
One of our favorite restaurants in The Woodlands area! Jesse-Wayne loves the double cabernet burger and I adore the campanelle pasta. Great place for food and has an excellent wine selection.
Market Street
Excellent shopping, dining, and easy access to The Woodlands mall! A frequent favorite of ours.
Mia's Table
Another tried and true favorite. Americana-inspired restaurant owned by the Carrabba family. Great food and casual atmosphere. We love the buffalo wings!
Gringo’s
Our FAVORITE date spot. Has some of the best tex-mex out there! The Veracruz sizzlin' skillet is to die for! Plus bottomless chips and salsa!
Black Rock Coffee Bar
Our favorite coffee shop in The Woodlands / Conroe area. Jesse-Wayne is a big fan of the Mexican Mocha and Laura loves their Hot Chocolate.
Woodson's Local Tap + Kitchen (1488)
Our favorite springtime stop during Crawfish season, but has a fantastic menu year-round. Has a little bit of everything for everyone. Great spot to watch a game on TV and has some great local brands on tap.
Copperhead Brewery
One of Jesse-Wayne's favorite spots, a local brewery with house-crafted flavors. Try the Medusa!
Honor Cafe Conroe
Great place for brunch or lunch that benefits local veterans. Laura's favorite dish is the chicken and waffles, plus neat military memorabilia can be found everywhere at this place.
Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q
A pretty good staple for people wanting to try some good ole Texas BBQ. Laura and Jesse-Wayne always get the baked potatoes with smoked brisket on top, you got to try it!
Rosemeyer Bar-B-Q (Food Truck)
For the BBQ aficionados! This place is AMAZING but always busy and sells out super early! Seating is outside, and don't forget about the free beer cooler out front!
Vernon's Kuntry Katfish
Great hometown-style sit-down place for fried catfish, hushpuppies, and other country-style dishes. Consider sharing the catfish plates, Laura and JW can never finish a small order by themselves!
Taco Veloz
Like a drive-up sonic but for AMAZING quick and easy tacos. Jesse-Wayne's favorite is the quesabirria, but beware it may turn your fingers orange.
Black Bear Diner - The Woodlands
A quick and casual breakfast spot that serves comfort food and hot coffee. Try the mini volcano!
Wasabi Bistro
Great local place for sushi and other asian-inspired bites. Jesse-Wayne loves their Hot Mama sushi roll!
