Question

Do wedding guests need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19?

Answer

We recommend all guests be vaccinated to attend our wedding, there will be approximately 150 guests. Currently the city of Chicago is not requiring vaccinations to go to indoor events, restaurants or bars. We cannot predict what will happen with the global pandemic but our venue, Ovation Chicago, has been following the vaccination requirements of the City of Chicago. If a vaccine mandate goes into effect again, all guests will need to show their vaccination card in order to attend our wedding (we will communicate this out via email if this takes affect).

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle. The wedding venue for both our ceremony and reception is located downtown as well and easy to get to via Lyft, Uber or Curb (a Chicago Taxi application).

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

There are 20 parking spots at the wedding venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
