You will have to call the hotel where you are staying to find out. Tygart Lake State Park regulations state that only service dogs are allowed on their property. Please call in advance to make your arrangements.

Yes, on this website! Just click on the tab. And remember, we love homemade/thrifted/secondhand stuff! Please do not feel obligated to purchase something from our registry.

Will I have to pay for parking at Our Lady of the Pines Church?

No. We are asking, however, that all guests please bring a $5 donation to leave in the donation box located on site, just inside the church. Thank you.

Is this a very small church?

Answer

Funny you should ask! Yes, Our Lady of the Pines only holds the wedding party. All guests will be able to watch through the windows and front doors.

Are there regulations for firearms?

Answer

Yes. Uncased firearms, uncased bows, and uncased arrows are prohibited in WV state parks, state forests, state wildlife management areas, and on state trails. Hunting is prohibited in state parks!Park guests may possess and carry cased handguns within the boundaries of state parks subject to general state law or restrictions on such carry. "Cased handgun" means a handgun carried in a concealed manner or a handgun which is otherwise contained in a fully enclosing case or any type of secure holster.

Alcohol at the reception/camp grounds?

There will be a cash bar. (Please be respectful at the cabin area when drinking and use a cup or unmarked container. Thank you!!) It's a State Park! :)

Are there restrooms at Our Lady of the Pines that can be used during the ceremony?

There is an outhouse. Make sure you go before you arrive if you need to flush! Hahahahaha!!

If I attend the wedding ceremony, do I have to be in the Wedding Photos?

YES! You better stay for outside photos and please wear earth tones! Thanks ;)

Who is baking your wedding cake?

Answer

Yes! The cake!! One of the best features of our reception! Our cake is being baked and assembled by some of the best bakers West Virginia has to offer. From deep in the mountains of Randolph County, this Neapolitan naked wedding cake will taste like no other cake you have had before.
