Reid is Ely's older cousin and has served him more in the capacity of a big brother. They have watched nearly every Marvel & Star Wars movie together in the theaters. Reid and Ely bond through "The Office" references as they have spent many evenings reciting lines and laughing their hearts out. Reid has been there to give Ely quality advice through many situations in life.

Bre was Laura's life group leader. She has impacted Laura's life greatly by discipling her to have a true relationship with the Lord. Without her obedience to the Lord and genuine love shown to Laura, she would have never met Ely. Her friendship is so real and sweet.
Ricky Epperly

Ricky was Ely's life group leader in Chi Alpha Campus Ministries. Ricky pushed Ely to be closer to God by spending more time in prayer and reading the Bible more often. He taught Ely that Christianity is not simply going to church on Sunday, but a calling to live every moment like Christ. He instilled in Ely the importance of disciple making, as he discipled Ely and saw the fruits thereof.

Lauren was there from the very beginning of my relationship with Ely. She fought with me in prayer to allow God to orchestrate mine and Ely's beautiful love story.

Darren is one of Ely's oldest friends. From being in preschool together to now serving as the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Federation of WV College Republicans, they have collected a lot of memories together. Darren is the most loyal person Ely has ever met. Darren is the type of guy that you can tell anything and he will take it to the grave.

Grace has become such a great friend of mine. I see her love for God manifested in the way she loves others and she lives fully surrendered to God's will which is so inspiring. I value her and her friendship greatly.

Colby is one of Ely's most recent friends. Ely and Colby met through Chi Alpha Campus Ministries. Colby, and his wife Grace, have become close with Laura and Ely over the last year. Colby is disciplined, logical, and committed to following Christ as close as he can.

Kiersten is a great friend and woman of God. There is never a moment where she doesn't put a smile on my face through her initiative to make everyone feel loved and included in the kingdom of God.

Matt is one of Ely's closest friends. Ely and Matt have always known each other as they had played on the same baseball team, attended the same school, and even had been in the same church at one point. However, they became closer than ever when Matt decided to join Ely's life group. Matt is the definition of a "good guy" as he is kind, simple, ironic, and determined.

RJ is the most solid guy you will ever meet. Laura and Ely love spending time with him and his wife, Jenn, at DASH Youth Ministries. RJ will serve as the DJ and Organizer of the big day.

Ruby is the daughter of Charlie and Claudia Rosser, pastors of FSU Chi Alpha. Ely & Laura had the privilege to babysit Ruby over the summer as we were blessed to both gain a new friend.
Robbie Soltys

Robbie is the son of RJ and Jenn Soltys. They operate DASH Youth Ministries out of Trinity, the church where Ely & Laura attend. Laura and Ely are volunteers for DASH and have got to know RJ & Jenn very well. Laura had the opportunity to babysit Robbie last summer.

Justin is Ely's cousin and they have been neighbors their whole lives. They have been on many vacation trips and spent many evenings at volleyball practices/games together.

Gracen is Ely's cousin. Ely spent the better part of four years keeping stats for Gracen's volleyball team. They also spent many vacations together over the years. Gracen always was the "backup" if Ely ever needed it.

These two cheerful girls are Laura's nieces that she loves very much. They will be great at greeting the guests as they enter our venue to share in the special day with us. The girls are known for sitting between Ely & Laura to keep them from "smooching."
