Pearl Harbor National Memorial
The National Park Service runs boat tours to the memorial each day. Great for the history buff! Recommend booking tickets online 8 weeks in advance, or going early morning to purchase tickets day-of. Kualoa Ranch
A nature preserve home to famous movie and TV sets like Jurassic Park, Lost, 50 First Dates - and many others! Highly recommend the ATV or movie set tour. Be sure to book in advance as tickets go quickly.
Waimea Bay
World famous surf spot home of the Eddie Aikau Invitational. But don't worry - the waves are only huge in the winter! Must see beach to visit and relax at during a day on O'ahu's North Shore.
Waimea Falls
A beautiful hike into Waimea Valley that ends with waterfalls!
Koko Head Crater Trailhead
Get ready for a Stairmaster work out like you've never had before! The 1000+ railroad track stairs lead to a 360 degree view that is TOTALLY worth it. AllTrailed rated "moderate" hike.
Makapuʻu Point Lighthouse Trail
An AllTrails rated "easy" hike and must-see. Great views of the east side of the island! Recommend hiking and then spending some time at Makapu'u beach just a minute's drive past the trail head.
