Walk along the docks with an ice cream!
Grab an ice cream from Stars or the Juice Bar and then eat it while walking along the straight wharf docks. This was one of our first dates and so worth doing while on island!
Siasconset
We recommend taking the drive or bike ride to visit the small town of sconset while you are on island! It is beautiful and quaint, and there is a cute general store for ice cream and sandwiches.
Young's Bicycle Shop
Bikes are an easy and popular way of getting around the island. There are beautiful bike paths everywhere and you can ride your bike to many of the island’s beaches. If you plan to rent a bike make sure you reserve it ahead of time to be sure you get one!

Cozy, casual homemade New-American diner. Cash only. Good spot for brunch! Open Monday through Saturday with a Season Closing date of October 9th. Indoor seating for all party sizes & outdoor seating for parties of 5 or more. Advanced reservations are only accepted for 6:00 PM reservations. Millie's Restaurant
This one is several miles out of town but can be accessed by bike or the Wave bus. Super fun casual Mexican food, close to the beach. Ben worked here the summer we met!

Company of the Cauldron

TOPPER'S
Open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with indoor and outdoor seating. The Wauwinet Lady boat will start its trips for the 6pm dinner seating from the White Elephant in town on June 21st and will run through September 19th. Located out of town in Wauwinet with their own shuttle bus making trips between the restaurant and Visitors Center on Federal Street every hour. Currently accepting reservations for the entire season
