Q: When should I book my reservation?

Answer

You may start booking your flights and making payments towards your trip In December. Pam is transitioning to a new office the first week of December and may take some time to respond. You may communicate with Pam via email or phone to set your travel dates and flight arrangements You can make the remaining payments in increments leading up to the final payment date of July 15th 2022 or wait to pay it all in full as we get closer to the deadline. .

Can I insure my room reservations?

Answer

Yes, you can. We encourage you to insure your room in the case that you cannot attend the wedding and would like your money refunded. Otherwise, if the wedding date is to change your reservation will be moved as well. Please note insurance must be purchased at the time you book your flight.

When do I need to pay my trip in full?

Answer

Generally, most reservations need to be paid in full 75 days before departure. We expect this date to be July 15th .

May I book airfare separately or and only book the resort stay through Travel Leaders?

Answer

Yes. Although Pam's services include flight and hotel booking, you may book your flight separately. However if you would like to insure your room you must do so on your first payment.

When should I request my passport?

Answer

If you do not already have a passport book for travel outside of the United States, please use this link to download the instruction form and application to get your passport. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html Typically, processing a new passport takes up to a couple of months, but also depends on the time of year as well. Our suggestion is to look into completing this task as soon as possible.

Can I bring my child or children?

Answer

Yes, we have chosen to have our wedding at a family friendly resort in order to allow families to join and celebrate together. Children under 3 years of age do not pay resort fees. There is a nightly charge for children ages 3 +.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

You absolutely can! Communicate both with Laura and Pam in the event we have to request additional rooms or request to change room occupancy.

Will dietary restrictions be taken into consideration at the resort and wedding festivities?

Answer

Absolutely! The resort will gladly accommodate our guest dietary needs. If guests have dietary restrictions we kindly ask that they let us know as soon as possible. These important details will help when it comes to wedding planning and any other event planning with the resort. Guests should make a note of their restrictions when they check into the resort.
