Yes, you can. We encourage you to insure your room in the case that you cannot attend the wedding and would like your money refunded. Otherwise, if the wedding date is to change your reservation will be moved as well. Please note insurance must be purchased at the time you book your flight.
Generally, most reservations need to be paid in full 75 days before departure. We expect this date to be July 15th .
Yes. Although Pam's services include flight and hotel booking, you may book your flight separately. However if you would like to insure your room you must do so on your first payment.

Yes, we have chosen to have our wedding at a family friendly resort in order to allow families to join and celebrate together. Children under 3 years of age do not pay resort fees. There is a nightly charge for children ages 3 +.

Absolutely! The resort will gladly accommodate our guest dietary needs. If guests have dietary restrictions we kindly ask that they let us know as soon as possible.
