Rehearsal Dinner

No formal dress requirement - many guests, including Laura and Anson will be in traditional Chinese dress, so if you have any, wear it!
**Rehearsal Dinner is by invite only and shows up when you RSVP** 9 course traditional Chinese dinner, so come hungry! Dinner is starting early so everyone can enjoy the view of Lake Union before the sun goes down. There will likely be a Tea Ceremony at some point as well.

Ceremony

This will be a quick and somewhat casual ceremony. Standing room only, no chairs. Do not arrive early - the building will be closing at 5pm, so plan to arrive by 515pm to be ready for 530pm ceremony in the Glass House. Guests will not have access to the full exhibition - this will be a quick, but beautiful, in and out. There will be two shuttle trips from the Fairmont to Chihuly. First bus leaves at 430pm and will prioritize wedding party and immediate family. Second bus will leave Fairmont at 5pm. Shuttles will leave from the Seneca Street Entrance. After the ceremony, the bus will take two trips from Chihuly to Optimism. First bus will be for general guests, wedding party and family will be on the second bus to accommodate additional photos. There will be enough room for all ceremony guests on these bus shuttles, so plan to meet at the Fairmont and we will get you where you need to go! Guests will be on own after being dropped off at Optimism, no shuttles at the end of the night.
Reception

Dress is Pacific Northwest casual! Just come ready to have a good time and eat some good food.
Reception is at a fun brewery in Capital Hill. Unlimited beer and wine. We will have a private area with a private bar, but not to worry, if the private selection of beer isn't your favorite, guests will have full access to everything on draft at the main bar in the brewery. When arriving, tell the brewery you are with the wedding and they will direct you (event is in the Mezzanine). If you approach the main bar for additional beer selection, just tell them you are with the wedding and they will pour whatever you'd like! Food is from Tummy Yummy Thai, which will be a private food truck in the beer garden, AKA court yard area. They will serve apps (Crab Rangoon and Pot Stickers) from 6pm-7pm. Main menu will be - Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice, Red Curry, Green Beans, and Crispy Garlic Chicken. Pick your protein and spice level and you're set! Portion sizes will be smaller so that everyone can try the entire menu. To honor Laura's late mother, dessert will be a display of See's Candy.
